To be honest Japan is a criminal-friendly state. Police in Japan are tamed by Yakuzas(Japanese mafias). Pachinko gambling facilities all use police system to search the customers. I mean it. Is this right, god? Here.


So, never go to "pachinko gambling facilities". There are lots of cops and yakuzas, mainly consist of Korean-national. This is their "shima"(nest). Otherwise, do as you like. Many foreigners(99.9% Chinese + Koreans) come here on one-day trip to rob the panese houses and never come back again.
