イラン軍調整官、「イランの艦隊を日本に派遣する用意がある」

• イラン軍のサイヤーリー副調整官と日本の海上自衛隊の山村幕僚副長

イラン軍のサイヤーリー副調整官が、日本の沿岸にイラン海軍の艦隊を派遣すると共に、日本の自衛隊の艦船を受け入れる用意があることを明らかにしました。

イラン軍広報部によりますと、サイヤーリー副調整官は、24日火曜、インド洋海軍シンポジウムの傍らで、日本の海上自衛隊の山村幕僚副長と会談し、「イランは、外国の干渉を受けずに、さまざまなレベルで日本と関係を築きたいと考えている」と述べました。

また、「イランと日本は、技術分野で良好な関係を有しており、我々は協力を拡大し、両国の間で合同海軍演習を実施することができる」としました。

一方の山村幕僚副長も、この会談で、今回の会合への招待に感謝し、日本に帰国後には、アデン湾の海賊対策に関するイランと日本の協力レベルを向上するよう指示する意向だとしました。

インド洋海軍シンポジウムは、イラン海軍が主催し、35カ国の軍事代表団が出席する中、23日にテヘランで開幕しました。
